    Katz Collission Ohio

Has anyone else recently had issues funding this merchant and getting paid back? He took 25k and put a stop payment through his bank after less than a month of repayment and we have learned he took additional funding soon after. We are trying to clawback broker and figure out next steps. The response was he was petioning for BK and prior reason was family matters. Feel free to PM me if you have had similiar recent issues with said merchant.

A second deal, from same broker has defaulted (Strike Zone). We tried to be fair to broker to payback the claw back but he refused. Anyone else have issues with EJAA Consulting/Jim Pepio on this matter? What are folks doing to claw back brokers who brought deals that default under the 30 day period (demand letters, suits, etc) . Yes, COJs were part of the deal.

All you can do is blast him on ripoff report and learn from your mistakes. Also can you send them a 1099 for both the commission and clawback??

If that broker is going under you are sol.( and I am not collections **)

The merchant different story. I wouldn't blast the name of the Merchant in collection: Fair debt collections practice act. FDCPA, FDCRA

emailed you on a possible solution
