Micah is correct with his recommendation above, however there are other sources (better sources) for larger 7a and 504 loans.
The process is lengthy as corporate and individual assets need to be verified, along with dotting the i's and crossing the T's.

Just my opinion but i think Smartbiz is having some real growing pains. They will figure it out, but it is tough right now.
Newtek is another option for SBA and i'm sure there are plenty of others that will pay a small referral fee.
