US virgin Islands
I have seen quite a few deals that go nowhere because they are in the Virgin Islands. Can somebody please give me some insight as to why funders are so afraid of these deals?

Generally speaking though the due diligence takes a bit longer due to lack of technology such as ucc search etc... also sites take longer to get
