    Ucc termination

What can be done in this situation? Lender made an offer before contracts can be released is saying there are two UCC's still filed on merchant (pay off letters have been provided showing 0 balance) for both lenders., They are both " high risk" and saying they never filed a UCC's on merchant even sent me letters stating they never filed UCC on merchant. As per merchant that was first time they took out cash advances never took out any other types of financing for their business. UCC's filed under CSC so no way to tell who filed it.

Your details aren't the easiest to understand but.... Have your client call CSC and give them the filing number. CSC will release the lender's name.

Did you get eyeballs on the UCCs with CSC? Was the business address legit?
Also, is you merchant's name fairly common or easily misspelled? Perhaps a problem there.

FYI - CSC will never release the lender's name. Your client has to contact CSC and CSC will tell the lender to contact the client. This usually takes a while, if it even happens.

A UCC isn't filed unless some sort of financing is provided - whether that be MCA, factoring - even Kabbage will file a UCC. Get the dates of the UCC's and look thru your client's bank account for an associated deposit.

not true . twice i had it with bfs where they filed ucc after signed docs even though merchant had buyer remorse and never took the funding.
Sachip ask your merchant if he ever signed docs with another company even if it did not go through

Just to note: Kabbage typically only did file UCCs upon a missed payment. Since late 2014, they now filed such through CSC.
