Good luck- keep in mind it's all about how you package these products and be able to come up with logical solutions. Example- Salary put backs, make sure no child support payments are in, judgements, an etc.

If Its a flagged hotel and they own the property ill refinance it depending on location and if they have the equity, we do a tremendous amount of flagged hotels and i can safely offer around 75% LTV for 12 months *** . most of them take us out within 6 months after they've arranged conventional financing.


What is the address?
how much do they owe on the MTG?
Do they have a STR report?
