a lot of funders say they buy out positions, consolidate, and do 5th positions. But who ACTUALLY does?

No MCA funder would consolidate or buyout any of these positions, no matter what they claim. You could get them a 5th position if they can service it. If they have advances with both Yellowstone and Mantis, the options become few.

Southend capital will consolidate all of them they have to be first and provide plenty of capital on top loi in 48hrs close in 10 days

Ted,
We have successfully consolidated as many as 14 positions. There is no 'program' that is specific to consolidating a construction company- or any other company. In this scenario, the assets, WIP, and DSCR will likely be what saves the company.
South End will try to package this as a 7a if there is no Real Estate.. My guess is that it would be a quicker play with a Hedge Fund (which will still take about 30 days instead of 90). The long term exit strategy will be a note with a long term
amortization, but if a business is bleeding cash while they are trying to grow- 90 days can feel like a lifetime.
