Merchant has been in a Chapter 13 agreement since July of 2016. Have paperwork on the agreement and payment history for the agreement. Doing 15k-20k a month, 2 negative days in the account total over last 4 statements. Avg daily balance over $500, last 2 months over $800 avg daily balance. Looking for 10K, but may take less to get on the books. Any feedback is helpful, thanks in advance.
