farming/agriculture business-breeds and sales farming animals as well as equipment to customers,ranchers,and farmers.
Has inventory equipment and owns 8 real estate properties as collateral.
No brokers (Direct Lenders Only)

I am funding a lot of real estate deals, most with multiple properties. It is my sister company, and not my money (yet). Deals under $3MM are typically funded in-house. Larger ones are through our group of investors.

Rates are in the 6% - 12% range, depending upon the deal. I fund Commercial properties, residential rentals (just not primary residence), farms/rancheds and can even fund raw land (usually unheard of).

If you don't find a direct lender where the respondent has their own money in the deal, feel free to reach out.

South End is a Broker.. They send out LOI's as if it's their capital but they broker ABL deals and SBA 7a and 504's..
