i have a customer who owns 2 lots next to each other in orlando FL both free and clear .....one is vacant lot ..the other has 3 houses on it ...he is in contract to sell the vacant land in 6 months credit is great ..740 fico ..he needs some short term financing untill this is sold ...he will lein either one if neceessary or both
