I'm just playing. I see them funding some deals as big as $1mm recently.

Quite surprised for this actually, but it's safe to say that the majority of creditors are syndicates, and the majority of the $100m in assets is outstanding RTR

I have no idea what people are doing...all I know is you have to give money out...get it back and make a profit

Most will not ever do it...they think this is like a bank loan, low costs

Most do not care about protecting the money unless it's their own

its unsecured money period the end...with defaults

Reminds me of when everyone thought they were a stockbroker because they were a day trader and day traded their way right into bankruptcy talking stock lingo or jargon...diversification, calls puts etc etc they use to make me want to vomit on them at parties...have you heard of csco? its a hot stock . Me " yeah its trading at 300 pe split adjusted and its wroth about 3 bucks book value and you paid $200"

mortgages the same...everyone was q great real estate investor because they bought a house and refied 5 times and took cash out
