I have a client who has a split on his CC's and neither him or I can figure out who the processor is.

What shows in the banks is: Bankcard Settlement (MID) ( DBA )

I need to know who he processes with so I can have him call and get the processing statements.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

If the merchant uses a terminal or POS system to run their credit cards chances are there is a help desk sticker with a phone number on it stuck to it. You can call that and figure out who the company is.

Edit: Another way would be posting the first 4 or 5 digits of the MID. Some of us can figure out who it is based on that because different processors generally have similar numbers in the beginning of their MID's.

Most processors provide a Merchant with online statements or via snail mail.
He receives them every month. As was already mentioned call the CS Number on his terminal.
