    angel lenders

    Does anyone know of any angel investors that will do ground up construction start ups ?

    we fund start-ups all the time!! so long as they have 10 weeks of ongoing revenues.

    I can do debt financing of construction start-ups. Typically in the 70% - 75% LTV range. But the client would need to come up with the remainder of funding.
