    Funding an open bankruptcy

    Can anyone fund a merchant with an open bankruptcy, or can no one do that at the moment? CA deal.

    MCG is the only one I know who will regularly do it.

    LEGEND will do some Chp 13 issues, but very limited

    I agree with Chambo MCG is the only company that you got a shot with unless there are VERY extenuating circumstances
