A) Your merchant is cool shopping his credit profile all over the place?(my bet is a solid NO)
B) Do you know your lenders requirements? You sent a file to Pearl and Lendini to get 18 months? Dying over here......If you get an 18 month deal from Lendini then Dinosaurs still exist.
Good luckSecond place? Set of steak knives.

I appreciate your comments. Did you consider:
A) I shopped the deal to Lendini (and others) BEFORE he received his 18 month deal?
B) That you should not assume what my merchant is 'cool' or not cool with me doing?
C) That perhaps the scenarios of the deal have evolved over the course of my dealing with this file?
D) That I might know what I am doing?
E) That I posted the deal for help, not criticism?
If any of the above sound like possibilities, perhaps you should learn to think before you bless this board with your dazzling erudition in future.Sean Hawley

Relax there Mr. Hawley. This forum is a haven where you can bust each others balls....mine included. I just noticed in the comments you mentioned Lendini/Pearl and 18 months in the same post. Am I not allowed to laugh at that?
And lets be honest, no merchant loves their credit being shopped.
However, I hope you get him funded. That is a strong offer for a concrete company...Second place? Set of steak knives.

Concrete Contractor looking for 18 month deal $99k
Looks like he already went to OnDeck (OD). I thought Nulook was in bankruptcy? Lastly you don't mention anything about owners fico. Based on your notes about his BK it sounds like he didn't re-establish any credit, and if that's the case your searching for something that most likely doesn't exist.

sean, what IS his/her credit score -- there has to be a gotcha in here.... otherwise, if credit is above 640 and they are current on core assets, they would not only qualify for our weekly program, but also for our monthly product -- and if clean, should be 18 or 24 month offer.
and if it was a PERSONAL bankruptcy within the past 5 years (that's key), we view that actually, in certain ways, as a positive. If it was a business bankruptcy....
I actually believe recent personalbankruptcy customers are great prospects and, as you all know, we are an A paper firm. In my life experience and from evaluating too much data, I personally believe these customers tend to, regardless of asset class, produce the best risk adjusted returns
