    Cash Advance with weekly payments

I've been coming across this a lot lately but I have a merchant that needs a cash advance but prefers weekly or monthly payments instead of daily. And also up to 12 months. She has a healthy business and good credit.

Email me your contact info, thanks

About 60% of our working capital deals are now weekly payments. Honestly some merchants, especially those with a low # of ave credits, are better at managing a weekly payment as opposed to a daily payment. It feels counter-intuitive but in some cases for us its turned out to be less risky to do a weekly.

We will provide a weekly payment option if it is fitting to the merchant's deposit schedule however 6 months is our max.

Healthy business and good credit are only part of the equation. what all these "me too, me too!" folks are forgetting to mention, is that the merchant's daily balances have to support/justify a weekly.

ex: If a daily is going to be $150 a day, and the merchant keeps $275 avg daily in the bank, well then, you cannot give them a weekly, because chances are it will bounce. A weekly bounce is more serious than a daily bounce, because you only have 4 or 5 a month, so the merchant would immediately go down 20% to 25% in performance.

The Business Backer gives a weekly option sent on all ACH offers (ie: if balances are super low in conjunction with cf stress they will only get a cc deal).

[QUOTE=BestFundingOption;73057]I've been coming across this a lot lately but I have a merchant that needs a cash advance but prefers weekly or monthly payments instead of daily. And also up to 12 months. She has a healthy business and good credit.

    Years in business ?
What type of industry (sic) ?
    Merchant FICO score?
    Revenue?
    Daily ending balances?
    Any seasonality during the year?

A merchant can want a weekly payment from now until pigs fly but does the merchant qualify?

Many times merchants tell me I want a weekly ... I want a weekly. Than I sell the daily with some flavor and the contracts gets signed!!!!

Weekly or Semi Monthly your merchant must qualify!!!

Hunter Caroline is not a direct funder.

Seem sfs deposits and the such then a white label debit. Don't be fooled. Unless i am the fool (looking at an sfs debit and Hunter Caroline pull on a statement as I type).

He John! We are indeed a direct funder, with out own platform. Only in certain instances do we book files on other platforms, such as colonial, but all the funds are 100% backed by us and our investors. Not going to call you foolish, but ask that you do a little research before posting You can reach me any time to discuss any questions you may have about us at 954.591.9224

    Best,

So 100% of your deals are done with your own money, correct?

How Valuable is Weekly Payments? Compared to Daily. If you had Weekly Payments on all programs could you sell more? Same? Less?

Hunter Caroline is a Direct Funder. Even if they Use a System like Colonial or the countless others...who Cares, if they Underwrite and put their own money out.... why build your own tech when it already exists.

Why use them, when you can go straight to the syndicator yourself? What's the benefit of using them?

And if they're using Colonial, how, exactly, are they underwriting?

  25. #25
From time to time, we will have a bankable platform service some files if it advantageous. We do all the underwriting and backing, and pay a fee to leverage their technology, accounting, and legal services. This enable us to increase our collection(s) rate and profitability, while we can focus on doing what we do best - funding! There are countless other platforms that also operate like this. However, like i said, this is only on select files, the majority of our clients are on our in house platform. Feel free to give me a shout any time if you want to pick my brain! 954.591.9224
