Why would you promote closing two deals with ML Factors? People are closing deals every day but you don't see them promoting how many deals they closed or who they closed them with. What did they offer you to write this? Wait let me guess. They're holding back your commission or promised they would keep an eye out for who the broker is there that's sending your deals around. They've got your back for posting this huh. Makes sense I guess. Gotta get the hook up any way you can these days right

I guess it's easy to do when you aren't closing deals and you think everyone must be stealing them because you can't close a front door.
All I'm doing is sharing a positive experience with a funder. Isn't that what this forum was made for?

Double digits both deals
Fees were very reasonably
And both deals they beat the other lenders on offer amount and days

Also have to say I needed fees dropped and days added both times Dave made it work for the deal

Dave you have to explain this to me. You are a funder as I have seen you on bank statements.Mike here obviously had a positive experience with your company. Why is it that you feel the need to send the files out to other lender with out the broker permission. I am honestly confused why you will run ml name by doing this. Also I got 4 private messages from people on here that had the same story happen to them.When I asked one ,why don't you say something on here. He says why should I, let the competition burn and send the deals to save the bull ****ter.

Have only had positives experiences with ML factors, working with Isaac and Dave. No they aren't withholding our commissions, I guess everyone has their own experience.

This makes it simple for me. Whether or not they fund or white label or broker is irrelevant. Whether they do or do not backdoor is irreverent. Who in their right mind would send a firm associated/ represented by this internet hammer-head a file? And how would I ever explain it to a merchant if they saw this post on a public internet forum.

Receiving commission was also prompt, coming the day after funding. They have their niche, like everyone does, and they do excel in it as far as speed, responsiveness, and service.
