It sounds to me like they're a company that is capable and willing to help retrieve any funds that are either blocked payments or other litigated situations. I'm sure there are quite a lot of people on here that could use this service as we as we have all have merchants that have either blocked their account for what ever reason and didn't stick to their word as far as continuing the payments. If that is the case then I actually think it's a wonderful program.
