CA Construction Consulting Firm looking for $50k 1 month term
Company does $2.5MM/year. Good credit. This is a "bridge loan" prior to receiving SBA funding, so either 1 month term or no pre payment penalty. I do not have a CA license. If you can get this done TODAY, please contact me.
