Urgent Care facility looking to get funds to open a second location. Currently has a 1st with YSC ($5400 bal) and a 2nd with Horizon ($2000).

No NSF's, avg $37,000 per mo in gross deposits, if he pays off HOrizon he'll have approx $6K avg mo ledger. Personal credit- SHOT to hell.

Hey, I would like to take a look at it. We would want to pay off the first and 2nd, however his volumes would qualify him for enough to do so.
For "shot to hell" credit for an ACH we can't go below 500, but if they take credit cards we can.

If you have tried Yellowstone and they declined him then I would hit up Capital Stack. I could probably get the deal underwritten for you on my platform but I have most of my excess cash tied up at the moment. You didn't mention how much this guy is looking to take.. if he wants his loans paid off and an extra $10k over 3 months then I might be your guy.. if he wants max (probably $30k on top of payoffs) for his volume then he will need to get his personal credit over 500.

If he is over 450 then I would be willing to take a look at it and see if a couple buddies want to chip in and get this one done.
