    Very unlikely.

    Get the client a short term "bridge loan" with a good prepayment addendum and roll him into an aggressive credit repair program right after he funds. Some of that loan can assist in paying down personal credit card utilization while any derogatories are being simultaneously lifted, but then obviously every credit situation is different.

    In a few months if he's up in the mid 600s, you'll have many more options.

    Cambridge: yeap, exactly the route I went down in my last convo with merchant.... going private money bridge loan based off of ARs which are strong.. while credit repairing...
