So just out of curiosity, and it's possible I read it wrong but are you actually pricing out deals and giving offers for the broker to sell or is the broker just submitting full packages to you so you can place them and give the broker the offer and if he closes it you still make a commission and if he can't close it and you close it. The broker still makes a commission
