    Merchant had COJ but satisfied - what lender will lend

    Merchant had COJ against him but satisfied and paid - what lenders will lend?

    BTW banks are very good.

    the COJ had to be enforced for them to satisfy? If so, that was a default

    if this is the deal that has been kind of floating around for a while beware he defaulted on more than just the one advance.
