I haven't messed around in the Line of Credit world so I am unsure where to turn on this one. I have very basic info at this point. He's done future receivables funding and all though he has nothing bad to say about it he will not go that route again as they only did it in a time where things got tough. Looking for a home for this deal let me know if you are interested or know someone who may be.

Does he NOT want factoring again due to factor contacting his clients? There are some factoring firms that do non-notification factoring.
Not sure if Kevin does not notification.

We would require notification and full dominion of cash. Our notification is not as harsh as some and verification are much softer than most.

If Kevin's firm does not like the deal there are several non notification firms out there- as long as the payers are credit worthy and the client is not pre-billing.

In most instances the credit facility will need dominion of cash (a lockbox), however there are some partner lenders we work with that will rely on management reports.

Congratulations! You can "set him up". We are a lender. We offer factoring, asset based lines of credit, and traditional banking lines of credit. And on that note...I am out.
