has SBA loan out for 2.3 mil
kabbage 100k balance original 100k @115k payback 12 months
and amazon original $750k 12.90% 12 months term at 13% 600k balance not deducted from bank but from his amazon sales
funded him 2 times before with swift but they will now not fund on top of amazon and kabage . need good 12 month option ..not the usual 2nd or 3rd ...

Is there any real estate (commercial / residential) that could be brought to this request for longer term / better rates? We typically offer term loans 1-4 years with monthly payments. Let me know if this merits a conversation.

Seems like this merchant needs money more often then every 7-8 months (when he would be ready for a renewal on a 12 month deal). If he is open to an aggressive offer (150-250k) on a 6 or 7 month deal maybe 8 months, if it's as clean as you claim, with minimal stips (DL VC AND PROOF OF EIN) then feel free to reach out, good luck with this one either way.

Don't go the MCA route. Good credit means they deserve better. I challenge anyone to see if the terms they can offer can beat these:

hey Anthony i was very specific in not the usual 2nd or 3rd .. not a yellow deal.. currently have $100k 9 month 1.23 buy rate offer looking for something closer to $150k to 200k 12 months weekly .. if can't find than will go with the 100k offer
