Just about everyone will treat it as a 1st position. Don't settle for the B-D players. Get them something quality. You don't need help brokering this either. No need Co-brokering.

I think the guy who says " do they has other cash advancing position" sounds like he's got his **** together and you should probably give him a shot. Ya know they say a true geniuses mind works faster then his ability to speak or type as so many ideas are running through thru their mind. He's clearly a step ahead of the game here and in all honestly you should probably just send every deal his way and watch his creative genius go to work for you. Just an opinion from an out side view
