As Kevin will attest the issue with Staffing Companies that stack, is that they invariably end up not paying 941 and 944 taxes. Guessing that they have approximately 150k in AR, and also guessing that the AR is already leveraged.

If it isn't there are several folks on this blog that can help- with Kevin's organization at the top of the list.

If the AR is leveraged and the firm has net earnings to achieve 1.2 DSCR there are several ways to get the client into a long term note- as long as the guarantor(s) credit is above threshold, and there aren't any payroll tax issues. Depending on the specifics, we work with a few Family offices that invest in these types of files as long as they can requisitely collateralize the debt.
