Good for your client! Sounds like she has not taken cash advances before. :-)

As everyone here knows, outside of someone like Funding Circle, if she wants unsecured funds she is going to be paying rates in the realm you noted.

If she has real estate to leverage, the money is a LOT cheaper (5% - 12%).
