I've been coming across merchant's with NSF''s yet they process over 15K in Credit card transactions a month with there restaurant. So all together they take in about 20K a month. Yet they still get declined? Can anyone recommend a lendor? The credit is not great. Looking to make a min of 10 points and the same with the renewals.

That's a hot deal. There ought to be a bidding war. I'd demand 12 pts and 3pt PSF. Don't settle for anything less. NSFs don't mean sh*t.

they still get declined because nsf's mean there is already a cash flow strain. Add a daily payment and or less money being deposited from their credit card sales there will be even more nsf's. merchant will never get out of the red. But I'm no underwriter, just my two cents.
