They currently have a $184,000.00 hard money loan they took out using the same criteria i posted to get that 184 k loan.
Lots of lenders scared to fund this deal because of the 2nd merchant not having a ssn. I have 3 offers so far but client wants more $$
I have everything on this file.Who can fund this?

It seems as if the client has RE being you were able to provide him a Hard Money Loan.

Depending on the Properties this may be a WBL Deal.
