Seeking competitive loan terms --- already has a commitment letter for 3Mill term loan, no invoice factoring. I've got 2-3 spots in mind, trying to come in as competitive as possible. Suggestions?

As the client already has a 3M term loan commitment it seems like they need Bridge Capital to get to the finish line. We work with a group that likes to deploy Capital in these scenarios as long as they are secure in the exit strategy.

Zach is right that Celtic does 7a and 504 loans- which may or may not apply here. If they want a long term note there has to be collateral. If they want competitively priced Bridge Capital- there has to be collateral
