We offer funding for previous defaults, provided that they can prove they are in an active payment plan or have satisfied the default.

Steven Weaver is back at it. This guy is notorious for creating several different ISO shops using fake names. We have seen him use: BPS Capital ICCS Corp United Equity Growth Group Corp ECM ASSET CORPORATION dba Business Term Loans Online He creates fake term sheets to show customers they are approved for 10x what the real offer is. Then he tells them to take the first installment and they will get the rest, except they never do and he disappears. DO NOT FUND HIS DEALS. He lies to all of his customers. He has been sued by FOX and EIN https://trellis.law/case/36061/151590-2022/fox-capital-group-inc-v-steven-roy-weaver-united-equity-growth-group-corp https://trellis.law/case/36047/517948-2022/ein-cap-inc-v-united-equity-growth-group-corp-steven-roy-weaver I have included his DL and fake term sheets. Be wary.

We offer funding for trucking companies, provided the income is not already factored. We can offer funding for trucking companies that have as few as one truck. Additionally, we also provide funding for moving companies.

I hate to be a nit picker, but for legal sakes, while you're saying that you're looking for an "MCA lender" those don't technically exist. You're actually looking an "MCA funder."

Reaching out for help on this....I have a client that unfortunately needs an MCA. We have 4 outstanding MCAs that are about to fall off (Outstanding balance is $50k). Long story but is there an MCA lender (NO BS!!!! I will call you out on it) that can buy out the 50k become a 1st and allow my client to net 150k? He is in the construction industry (Developer), healthy TIB, Banks can support this, has some history (when over extended) slowed/modified payments in the past. Can anyone help?

Agree. Very intrigued by this though. Was is manually created in SF or do you have a form that flows in from your site? You can see who created the lead - do you have an audit report for your users?

Hey there! Funding can indeed be tricky, especially in sectors like trucking and moving, which might be overlooked by some traditional financiers. How cool it is that there are movers that make moving so easy and stress-free.

Id look internal at who has access to your data before hiring a SF architect to audit. Id imagine theres a much higher chance someone on your team is stealing from you vs someone hacked your Salesforce.

This is absolutely not true. Many many lenders look up crim, credit and defaults before issuing offers. It’s called not bull**** ultra soft underwriting

Yes 10000%. Tmr is trash. That’s hilarious. This was every deal until we cut them after a month or two. “We fund everything and we were on shark tank” -literally won’t fund a deal that gets aggressive offers from everyone in their box and better. Praying for ****ty ISOs with poor resources to send deals

One of the problems you run into when doing a mortgage, hard money loan on property is that you need to have insurance to protect the lender. Problem you run into is that most clients insurance companies don't have a clue on how to do this. And the documents go back and forth as they don't understand how to separate the lender from the servicer. After two recent very difficult experiences dealing with the insurance neophytes, I finally collared an insurance agency who gets it to me within an hour or two (even weekends) and it's all done correctly. And believe it or not, they BEAT the clients insurance company rate by at least 20% or more. Here's an example on what needs to be on a lender's insurance declaration page. Insurance - MORTGAGEE: Lender. SERVICER: ITS SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNS Replacement Cost or Loan Amount, Special Form, Broad Form, or DP3 – all perils, Co-insurance is not permitted, Deductible Amount – not to exceed the lesser of $10,000 or 5% of dwelling coverage, Loss of rents (12 months), Wind/hail coverage if required for the State the property is in, Term – 1 year, 438 BFU or Cancellation Clause (Mortgagee Endorsement – notification of cancellation or non-renewal), Annual Premium AND Balance Due (indicate if paid in full). You need two documents to go to title/escrow for the HUD - the insurance declaration page and the bill for the coverage.

got a call today from a fake lead created in my crm by a company called Rise Funding in New Jersey Anyone know any developers that know salesforce CRM that can help find out how to find out where the data leak is coming from? - Deal hasn't been subbed to any lenders as its a fake lead with a fake email and not a real business.
