I hope there is a great deal of attention placed on this new wave of pack selling. Not only are the ones selling these absolute losers, the BUYERS of these might even be bigger losers. If there was not a market for these, people would not be coming out of the woodwork selling stolen personal information like they are. Brazen is an understatement. If you are buying packs vs cultivating cold data, doing internal lead gen, or working with a trusted vendor for data, you are the KING LOSER of the hill, and I hope names start flying. Will be great to see some "highly respected" brokers/funders caught up in the brewing storm and taking their ball home in shame. Maybe some massive attention on these serious problems will propel all the good guys in this space to new heights.

Hello, I'm the owner of LoneStar Valor Funding located here in San Antonio, Texas and I'm an Army Veteran. We are still fairly new and working on ramping leads. I have 2 other people on staff with 1 being a Spanish speaker from Guatemala. We have looking at possible was to get more leads and produce more business, does any have some good advice on this? Have an approval in hand for a client, but would like to find them something better if possible. 1.54 sell at 1.5 year term w/weekly pay for a little over $100k. Client profile, very well established tech consulting biz making a little south of a million annually, showing a small loss, just south of 700 on credit, 2 existing UCCs, no MCA history. Tried some other options but got shot down on liquidity per statements. Clients timeline is also short. Better deal would ideally be a longer term at less cost, but open to any possible mix of improvement - cheaper cost, longer term/easier on cash flow, etc.

I have a file for a medical office and a current employee wants to buy-out the owner of the LLC. The LLC has consistent $80k-$100k monthly deposits on its bank statements. The owner and the employee have come to an agreed upon purchase price, but I am unfamiliar with options to structure a buy-out agreement such as this, especially when the buyer is not a current member of the LLC. I know some lenders/funders avoid underwriting funding for buy-outs. Issues I’m trying to work through on this file: 1. Can this type of transaction be funded with an MCA? If not, what other funding options may be more appropriate? 2. If an MCA possible, does the buy-out agreement need to be structured as to have the transfer of ownership and the funding coincide simultaneously? 3. Or should the current owner complete the funding application and once approved for MCA, the business can be transferred to the buyer, assuming the funding agreement allows for full assignability to the buyer? Maybe also include an indemnification clause? Any advice on how to would be greatly appreciated. Have a blessed day.

Client with three investment Commercial Retail/Restaurant bldgs. looking to refinance out of current 5 -yr. ARM renewed approximately 7 months ago. They are seeking long-term financing (20-30 yr. terms preferred) with no PG. Properties appraised in January 2023 for $12.5MM, and they owe approx. $6MM. Yet another client of Prime Capital Ventures is filing a complaint against Kris Roglieri. Roglieri has been relentlessly hit with accusations, raids, and lawsuits since the start of 2024. The company has come forward with similar allegations to the numerous other complaints against Roglieri. In the most recent update, 1800 Park Avenue LLC filed an adversary proceeding against Roglieri and his companies in the court where he is seeking Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. An adversary proceeding allows a plaintiff to file a lawsuit and attempt to seek remedy after a party declares bankruptcy. The company claims it sought $100 million to build an egg farm and was introduced to Roglieri’s company through a loan broker towards the end of 2023. On December 22, 2023, the company and its two principals sent a $5 million cash deposit to Roglieri. They were unaware that the deposit was sent only days after Prime Capital Ventures was forced into bankruptcy. They also did not know about the civil fraud litigation against Roglieri and his business entities. Allegedly, Prime extended lines of credit to third parties and received millions of dollars in deposits. The deposits were supposed to be put in interest credit accounts, but that was not the case. According to the companies’ accusations, they received little to none of the line of credit or deposits. The FBI raided his home twice, but there are no criminal charges related to fraud at this time. Roglieri has been charged with third degree possession of an assault weapon and third degree criminal possession of an ammunition feeding device.
