Today, 12:26 PMDoes anyone know of a lender who does equipment financing with no min credit requirement for food trucks? Merchant wants to buy a 25k food truck/trailer. Has a 547 credit score.

Today, 12:20 PMI'd have to agree with Bitty going downhill - Offers are extremely soft and nothing sticks on the backend. Contracts usually take 24 hours to go out, and underwriting can take days. Merchants can and will get funded with another company before Bitty's contracts go out. Not sure what happened to Bitty but most of the ISOs I speak with removed them from their waterfall. Most deals never make it through final without a drop in offer or additional stips. There are MUCH better alternatives out there.

Today, 12:11 PMNo you can't. Not worth chasing. I'm getting 6% if I want from American Express. SBA 504 is in that range but not for those specifications. Maybe someone else here has the magic potion to spring this deal loose.

Today, 12:06 PMHey everyone, I spoke with a client making around $80,000 to $100,000. He already has options for an 8% loan and is interested in anything less than that, as well as a line of credit. To the older guy, I know it's Tuesday; your magic lamp won't work. I don't want anything to work, I just want to see if there is anything that can be less than 8%. If yes then tell me what information you need from him. I hook you up with it.

Yesterday, 11:27 PMHe needs a CA licensed mortgage broker who can do a loan on a primary residence. There's not a lot of commission on these types of loans - maybe $500. The broker can't pay a referral or commission on it if you aren't licensed.

Yesterday, 05:59 PMWhat's the lowest revenue you'd look at?
-
Yesterday, 04:18 PMEmail me, I'll introduce you to a lender.
-
Yesterday, 04:15 PMEquipment financing was my first option. 5 mins into the call they say oh you have a senior lien ? yea we cant come behind that. Credit Union supposedly cant carve out AR and looks to be a blanket. Trying to find some factoring company thats comfortable with using AR and coming behind the cu Thanks guys! Appreciate the creative thinking
-
Yesterday, 04:14 PMAre there any licensed California mortgage brokers in this forum?
-
Yesterday, 04:00 PMThe other problem is the OP pointed out that he has really bad credit, so equipment financing is going to be difficult, even if the credit union doesn't have a blanket on that, too, which is doubtful. Hate to be pessimistic, but we have to know our limitations.
-
Yesterday, 03:57 PMgot it..is it an all asset lien? the credit union maybe willing to do a carve out on the AR so you can get it done. Equipment financing deal could also possibly work if he owns his equipment free and clear
-
Yesterday, 03:46 PMMove on....doesn't want to use property....guy is in over his head.
-
Yesterday, 02:55 PMHow much equity is available in the RE? I'm not sure that there's very much, and the credit union has $14mm, which definitely includes the AR. Squeezing out $1mm out of the real estate with WBL might be a way out, IF there's enough equity. There is one lender I know of who can factor in a 2nd position, but they'd have to take out all of the MCAs, the question would then be.... how much is left for working capital or are they just digging themselves into a deeper hole? These deals often are too complicated before they're in too much MCA debt before people with level heads prevail.
-
Yesterday, 02:46 PMThis is what I'm trying to accomplish. The reason the ucc would need to be subordinate is because he has a $14mm loan with some credit union and they have a senior lien
