We have a lender who would like to give a merchant a loan, but they want the 2023 IRS xtension. They forgot to file for one! They're officially late (S Corp), and they were planning on filing in September, and they will just pay the fine rather than file it now, as it takes them 2 months to get everything together. What's the work-around? Can they get an extension if they were negligent in asking for one? They get the mulligan and get the fine removed if they ask nicely, but does anyone know if there's a solution here? I did put them in touch with an attorney, but maybe there's a simple fix that anyone here knows about?

Looking for recommendations for an owner occupied CRE cash out for around $100k, with a quicker turn timeline of a max of a month. Today was the most bizzare thing I seen. Was giving a good clean merchant 125k 42 weeks 1.40 deal. When I look at MTD I see KA Group Holdings, they wired the merchant 25k next day merchant wires them 84,995 I said what is this ? Merchant said they called him offering a "Step Program" Under "Top Tier Capital Funding" A credit line of 995k if he paid off the MCA Agreement with KA Group holdings. The Agreement was 50k 1.70 30 days. But merchant wanted the 995k . ON TOP OF THIS! THEY GIVE THE MERCHANT A FAKE PORTAL PRIME HOLDINGS INC. Saying the money is going there.
