This is kind of a loaded question but what is the best type of lead? I understand no data is perfect, but is there any specific data set that works best. In my experience, very few subs are clean files. I’ve seen a couple on this forum mention trigger leads and seo data. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

One of my clients just got a denial from Headway Capital, and he has never heard of them, nor have I. Is Headway Capital a DIRECT LENDER or an ISO working for Lenders/Funders? I've called three different people, their main line and I sent an email the other day regarding a renewal that was Funded(Confirmed Wire Sent) a few days ago. Last deal with them, they dragged feet for over a week on commission payment. Been working with them since 2019 and only work with A tier lenders to avoid issues like this.
