We're running a VPN to mask the location to that of the Applicants location, we're UW the Credit Reports for Score, Utilization, etc.. yet we seem to be getting nothing but declines. We have seen him use: BPS Capital ICCS Corp United Equity Growth Group Corp ECM ASSET CORPORATION dba Business Term Loans Online He creates fake term sheets to show customers they are approved for 10x what the real offer is. Then he tells them to take the first installment and they will get the rest, except they never do and he disappears. DO NOT FUND HIS DEALS. He lies to all of his customers. This is kind of a loaded question but what is the best type of lead? I understand no data is perfect, but is there any specific data set that works best. In my experience, very few subs are clean files. I’ve seen a couple on this forum mention trigger leads and seo data. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.
