Business in HVAC 3-3.5M annually in gross receipts 600 fico score Has one position with a reputable lender. Merchant lowered payment over 6 months ago and the lender never asked them to go back on orig. payments. Payments were lowered due to a temporary hardship within the business. Their balance is now 16K. He's now trying to get a deal in the 75-100k range 8+ months and is having trouble finding one that doesn't get killed in final. Any ideas on who might jump on this file?

You can transfer funds from the CC to business account at a 6% fee I believe. But there is a fee for the CC.

Would def recommend working with BlackTie. We've worked with a variety of people in this subsect of the industry, and they have been consistently on it when we send deals. Very crafty, speedy, and fair. If you don't work with them yet, you should add them to your arsenal. Have had crazy good offers come back time after time.

Been funding a lot of our big good deals with InstaFunders for the last 18 months. Very reliable and quick. Mark is one of my favorite ISO reps to work with. Helps us with our merchants and always let's us know what's going on. Would def recommend if you aren't signed up with them yet!!

Tony may be able to help but first question is can you get a co signer. I've done 100% financing of a truck with a 585 Fico. But 547 Fico would probably require money down. Can your client cross collateralize anything and find a co signer? Tony Borchello First Financial (888) 211-2197 mobile: (949) 800-5767 tonyb@firstfinancialweb.com

Does anyone know of a lender who does equipment financing with no min credit requirement for food trucks? Merchant wants to buy a 25k food truck/trailer. Has a 547 credit score.

I'd have to agree with Bitty going downhill - Offers are extremely soft and nothing sticks on the backend. Contracts usually take 24 hours to go out, and underwriting can take days. Merchants can and will get funded with another company before Bitty's contracts go out. Not sure what happened to Bitty but most of the ISOs I speak with removed them from their waterfall. Most deals never make it through final without a drop in offer or additional stips. There are MUCH better alternatives out there.

No you can't. Not worth chasing. I'm getting 6% if I want from American Express. SBA 504 is in that range but not for those specifications. Maybe someone else here has the magic potion to spring this deal loose.

Hey everyone, I spoke with a client making around $80,000 to $100,000. He already has options for an 8% loan and is interested in anything less than that, as well as a line of credit. To the older guy, I know it's Tuesday; your magic lamp won't work. I don't want anything to work, I just want to see if there is anything that can be less than 8%. If yes then tell me what information you need from him. I hook you up with it.
