What happened to yellow stone ? They were known as the last stop on deals and if the decline it then burn the file. The last few files i had declined by them got approvals from 3 other lenders.
My question is did yellowstone higher their criteria? or am i getting a bogus declines and the deals are getting backdoored ?

Which one is experienced? Who has good relationships with the underwriters? Yes, it does make a difference. Ask people on the board here who they reccomend. I gave you one name, do your homework.

Each rep has his own internal pipeline of funders they send your submissions to.

So maybe your current rep isnt sending your files to the correct funders.

Your best bet is Anthony Saracino - hes my rep, and friend. He knows the drill and doesn't play games.

I have access to marketing in house, new or recycled leads. I have a few key ISO's that i work with and I'm loyal. There is not ISO ISO on the Funder that can show you where they gave me a Merchant and I funded the Merchant and didn't pay him.

It's all about the rep at YSC. Your relationship with them and their relationship with the right guys (funders) internally.

What I said was submissions are up 40 percent, it has translated into more funding. Funding is not up 40 percent but once we see a full month or 2 at this new submission level hopefully it will be. Just to clarify what we typically look for here at Yellowstone is that merchants have consistent revenue, strong daily ending balances that can handle an advance, and good payment history on other advances. If your deals fit in that box then there should be no reason why we can't get you an approval. ISO's who are not currently set up with a rep over here at Yellowstone, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
