    I get that, but if 1-3 days is too long to wait for a commission your problem is not that the bank isn't paying fast enough, the problem is you need to do more deals

    fixed your post

    I would rather wait a week for commissions if it means the funder will get the majority of my deals approved with minimal stips and surprises and one who I have a good relationship with rather than only shop around for a funding source who pays the same day. That is on the bottom of my priority list.

    agreed, its a nice bonus if a bank pays same day but on the list of priorities when looking at a new bank I put that near the bottom
