JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for the financial results of assigned territory; meets regularly, in person or by phone, with Executive Staff to review results and establish goals to grow productive ISO relationships, increase submissions and ROI and maximize the portfolio performance.
• Sources, recruits and maintains positive work relationship with ISO’s; provides each ISO with necessary support and guidance to facilitate and close deals effectively and efficiently.
• Delivers exceptional service in person and by phone; interacts daily with ISO’s and occasionally directly with Clients; makes good business decisions and handles complaints in a timely, effective manner; trains entire staff regarding Territory objectives.
• Monitors successful funding of Merchant Cash Advances; follows up on ISO and client performance and monitors renewals.
• Monitors payment of all earned commissions; coordinates with the Accounting Department to ensure that payments are made according to ISO agreement and in a timely manner.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meets or exceeds financial goals; actively works to secure new accounts within guidelines; plans and executes effective strategies to increase portfolio and establish ISO and Client Loyalty.
• Establishes cooperative work relationships; collaborates with Company resources, including Underwriting Team and Executive Team regarding account management and ISO performance.
• Observes individual ISO and staff performance; ensures that each ISO understands underwriting standards; holds ISO accountable for quality of submissions; offers training, coaching, and counseling when required to process deals quickly and successfully.
• Follows all Company policies, procedures as well as Federal and State guidelines.
• Follows all asset protection, employment practice and safety procedures and policies; reports all issues within established guidelines.
• Actively seeks opportunities to improve skills and knowledge; identifies and acts on opportunities to improve Company operations beyond normal scope of accountability noted in job description.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong sales and leadership skills; ability to motivate and lead team to exceed Company established goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization as well as with staff and business partners.
• Ability to establish and grow ISO/Client Loyalty.
• Detail oriented, organized; excellent time management and decision making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to create and navigate spreadsheets, develop presentations
• Willing to travel frequently for overnight/out of state assignments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 3+years in the MCA/Financial Services industry working directly with ISO’s and in a senior level position directly responsible for staff performance and financial results or commensurate experience.
• Minimum Education: BS Degree in Business, Finance or other related field
