I remember total merchant resource pitched and I believe gave up 50 percent stake for a silly dollar amount (Well lowballed). An ex Collegue went to work over there in Jersey and haven't heard anything from or about TMR since. Did that deal ever come to fruition? Or was it more a strategic marketing and advertising ploy? As you see, IOU seems to have their hands in all the leads generated through shark tank one due to their spokesman!

It's my understanding that the deal never managed to go through. It wasn't all a ploy, the reality of the show is that so many deals just do not close afterwards for various reasons.
