Sleep? What's that?
Completely separate yourself from everything "office" or "deal" and don't plan any phone calls at least 2 hours before you wind down- even in-office meetings because you will find 15 minutes turns into 2 hours and your mind won't shut off.
Sounds stupid, but find an alternate reality or hobby that your mind can switch and give its' all to. Read? Audible has helped me. Try to find a way to meditate. There are different types of meditation as long as you are able to clear your mind.

I'm a big believer of ketel one on the rocks with 3 olives. Not only does is calm you down but you get your daily dose of vegetables.

As someone who legitimately suffers from insomnia I have found ways to ensure that I get at least 4 hours a night without Ambien (or similar Rx type pills)
1. No Booze after 7pm
2. No Caffeine after 2pm
3. Eat as little dinner as you can without starving.
4. Don't watch TV in your bedroom
5. Keep water by your bed to consume over the night as dehydration and dry mouth constantly wake people up.
6. Keep your phone as far away from yourself as possible, the impulse to work will keep you from sleeping.
These things when done together have really assisted in getting me some decent 5-6 hour nights a couple times a week, that and my Tempurpedic mattress
