I have a client that is looking for about 800k for a ground up construction on a property that he already owns the land. The client has experience and owns 5 current in\vestment properties. Looking for a Hard Money lender that can close quick as I've had this very close to the funding table and the Lender decided they are no longer doing business in Florida. This is not my area of expertise, if more information is needed I can provide if there is a shot at getting it done .
