I have a Hawaii deal that has several MCAs but has a $1mil home in Hawaii that is fully owned outright free and clear. Can anybody help here?> WBL cannot fund them due to being in Hawaii.

I did a mixed use cash out refi for $1.1M last year in Hawaii. Owner Occupied but was allowed hard money due to mixed use. Took out 8 positions.

a Hawaii licensed loan officer/real estate broker could do a mortgage on primary residence.

If Ben has a referral there that might work.

If it's NOO (investment property) I have a private lender that can do hard money.
