Negative 1031 Exchange Deal
Client is seeking funding for a negative 1031 Exchange on three properties located in Ohio to purchase a property in South Carolina. Purchase price will be $695K with additional $85K in rehab funding needed.
Let me know what rates and terms are available.

Not sure how that transaction will work...
I've done 75% LTV hard money NoDoc purchase with 100% of the rehab in a rehab account. It was a SFR property that had a tenant. Rehab was $50,000. 11.99% I/O bridge.
