Will any lenders offer an ISO agreement to an independent broker?

I've always pondered the idea of being an individual, unaffiliated broker -- keeping the entirety of commissions earned on deals is certainly an enticing prospect. My question is: which, if any, lenders would be willing to work with an independent broker? Establishing reputability/viability seems to be the biggest hurdle in terms of going solo. Any advice regarding how to go about this would be greatly appreciated.

Many funders work with ISO - that is the easy part. How much effort are you willing to put forth
    is the million $$$ question.

All my brokers are independent sales offices. Some are good sized shops some have a few guys and some 1 or 2 man places. If you are a good person and hard worker I am willing to give good people a chance and help each other grow.

The definition of ISO is an "Independent" sales organization, whether it's a one man shop in their parent's basement or a 150 man shop.

Are you asking if funders sign up ISO's that are start-up's with no TIB?
