I am looking for direct funders that provide business lines of credit in a similar fashion to a bank. Does anyone know of any? Let me know. Your help is appreciated.

I thought Rapid Advance offered a Line of Credit.

We offer a true line of credit up to 1 million secured only by real estate. It's a 2 year term with interest only daily payments, and we will lend up to 50% of the current property value.

Pay down line anytime you want after the first 30 days with no penalty and payments will adjust once a month.

The principal amount is due as a balloon at the end of two years, if they haven't paid down the principal balance by then.

We offer business lines of credit but they have to be collateralized by Real Estate LTV has to be at least 50%

I can do lines of credit with 10 month zero interest and they only pay 8 percent.
