Just thought I'd update this thread, I called the guys at Flagler Advance and asked them about some of the questions here. I spoke with James, and asked them about this thread specifically lol - And long story short, everything made sense, they hired a website development team, that used a template, and the developers pretty much copied previous work from a previous client. I also will attest they funded a high risk deal, that went bad on them first payment, merchant was a POS, but I helped resolve the issue for them. Merchant was a former owner of Iron Addict gym(google), anyways they still paid me 2 points on the deal, even though they only got 1.07(however, it was paid back in 3 weeks). I was not upset at all, I thought it was fair play to be honest, and I will be sending them more deals. They overlooked this guys previous default and criminal record, and when the deal went bad after they collected paid me 2 pts. they're stand up.

Having Steve help with the SBA 7A would be a great option. If the merchant is looking for something quicker, I provide an mca that mimics a line of credit. Can fund them right now right away and when they need a renewal, I can do a simple add on rather than refinance the balance. (Payment stays the same, they get more money and we wait until primary balance is paid off to start collecting on next round of funds) call or email to discuss more. I literally learned the industry in 2014, logging on here and reading through every post and thread there was... Learn about what happened to Bob, the Karens, learning WhoIsKingsley before TCB, and maybe you can bring bck a little more of what it used to be (a forum of knowledge and helpers!)... meeting people here at Debanked is cool, and learning a lot about both companies and people (even ones you thought were on the up and up!). ACH Works, Actum Processing, ACH Processing Company, EFT Canada for those of you in Canada. Here is the problem I have noticed over many years in banking when it comes to processing with your bank. Your bank will tell you they will give you next day funding and cheaper processing rates, which they will. The question is why? Well its because they have direct access to your operating funds. ACH processing is all about risk. The bank has much lower risk if they have access to all your operating funds so in the instance where a merchant or someone goes rogue on you, they freeze your bank accounts and shut off your processing capabilities. At this point you can't access your funds nor can you process payments. I have clients tell me, "Well....I have a good relationship with my bank and its never been a problem". I simply reply by saying, "Its not a problem until its a problem, and then you have a problem." The nice part about third party ACH processors is that they don't have access to your bank account or operating funds. They can't freeze anything other than your ability to process payments through them. This is why they have a 3 to 5 day float to make sure the merchant is OK with funds that were just pulled from their bank. If you put up a big reserve, you get next day funding. When processing with a bank, your operating account acts as a reserve which is why they can freeze it if they want. Anyway, working with multiple third party processors at the end of the day is still the most successful model I have seen that gets the job done, and protects your funds. My thoughts.
