Today, 10:48 AMI just admit, Fundthis! has posted MANY times on the forum over the years about "not looking for a broker" and "looking for direct" so Michael knows what it is to be direct. I'm just going to point out that according to the Foretrust website, you also broker out deals. What's your connection with that Platinum thread?
-
Today, 10:44 AMLOL i guess direct lenders can never have a job prior to becoming lenders...lmao Ease to fix have admin email us we will have everything in order.
-
Today, 10:36 AMHe doesn't, I can prove we are funders email me
-
Today, 10:35 AMWe are not brokers! you can check with GCC, Level3, PMF We are new funders, why isn't @admin banning someone that accuses without knowing what they are talking about?
-
Today, 10:28 AMFundthis! replied to a thread Home for a Real Estate Deal ! - I have $300k 50 days but NEED 120 days minimum! in Deal BinWhat Factor would you need to get it done?
-
Today, 09:39 AMIt would make most sense to do something like this in your own network of people you know. Not being paid renewals I would imagine is huge problem in this setup. Unless its someone you can really trust, will they really hit you up and pay when a funder auto renews your file?

Today, 09:38 AMTeam Splash Advance P: 888-507-8006 E: info@splashadvance.com W: www.splashadvance.com 900 N Federal Hwy, Suite 210, Boca Raton, FL 33432 I am sort of a super broker for hard money loans, development loans, SBA loans, personal loans, factoring, equipment, pretty much anything that falls outside the arena of MCA and I split commissions 50%. I'll help introduce you to lenders and after the first deal closes, can work to get you set up directly with the lender unless it requires expertise which may initially be out of reach for you.

Today, 09:37 AMPM'd you

Today, 09:23 AMI am looking for a reputable super broker who pays a fair commission split and also pays on renewals. Most A paper funders are not onboarding new ISOs so we are willing to partner with a super broker. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Today, 08:34 AMthe best system is to hand do it by your own phone, 100% deliverability. Once you use a system it can go from 100% to 0% based on dozens of things, 10DLC, the system you send through, your numbers trust scores, the data you buy, the conversations you have, the message content is a small part, if you fail at most of the other points the message will matter but if you create good conversations words like business loans will go right through

Yesterday, 08:27 PMIn your face Lior. Although I agree, that is a great suggestion about the 10+ year seniority bonus. It should be more than just the admin and me modding the forum.

Yesterday, 04:43 PMWhen someone is offering multiple products on their website, they're a broker. They advertise that they offer Asset-Based, Bridge Funding, LOCs and MCAs (and MCAs are the last option), and their linked Instagram account offers "personal funding", then they're definitely brokers. Maybe they are white-labeled funding also, but they for sure are advertising broker services. On their website, the phone number 215-514-6931 and that links to the DF thread here https://dailyfunder.com/showthread.php/16763-1-of-our-files-was-stolen-and-sold-given-to-a-Mike-from-Platinum-Capital Florida SOS says FORETRUST-FUNDING LLC was incorporated May 7, 2024, and the owner is Ronald Shusterman, https://www.linkedin.com/in/ronald-shusterman-501184193/ which says Lyfe Advance, but the icon links to AmeriFi Capital

Yesterday, 10:02 AMTruckers are having enough trouble staying alive and the last thing they need is a MCA. Triumph factoring: In general if a company has 1-2 trucks they are priced at 2.99% flat, no minimums. If they have 3 or more we could do a volume based program… Prior Month’s Volume Next Month’s Rate 0-$25k 2.99% $25k-$50k 2.75% $50-$100k 2.49% $100k+ 1.99% Nicole Matney Sr. Transportation Factoring Sales Consultant 651 Canyon Drive | Suite 105 | Coppell, Texas 75019 | (469) 312-7195 (Office) | +1 (214) 3005799 (Mobile) www.invoicefactoring.com

Yesterday, 08:27 AMAnyone relying on court cases as their proof of being direct is probably a broker. Court cases are unreliable as evidence of anything. Plus, which courts did you check? New York, Florida, Utah, California, Texas, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Federal? https://debanked.com/2024/05/how-everybody-suddenly-became-a-direct-funder/ There are lenders who lend in states other than California but I get your point. Let's ask him if he does loans or MCAs first.

06-01-2024, 11:00 AMThere are systems that promote this on this forum, but be aware of the risks of where you are plugging your data in and what may or may not happen to it after.

05-31-2024, 09:53 PMWhat is the some common SMS systems for computer I have only hand texted etc and still fund decent amount what is a better way?
-
05-31-2024, 07:20 PMSign up with a ACH company like goach or your local bank but they will typically want you to be in business for 2 years or more and may not do loan brokers. Have a one page signed fee agreement, and voided check. I have a sample fee agreement I can email you. I'm signed up with US Bank under their Singlepoint so there is no fee other than a small monthly amount. I rarely do it only for loans where the lender program won't pay me a fee like SBA 7A for inventory....and I always discuss it up front with the client first and get the agreement signed up front. I don't charge any PSF for any loans where the lender pays me but that's my choice. I realize a lot of brokers do both and that's their choice.
