For all the honest people trying to make a buck out here. We really need to make committee and report all these fraudsters. This is really getting out of hand. This is just beyond disgusting. For Every 2 out of 10 merchants I have spoke to they have been getting a LOC scammed. Each rep in my office has been exposed to a merchant been getting a LOC scam. Like wtf is this nonsense. How do these people sleep at night knowing they knowing they do this. Ruining the deal for everyone else that's in the deal. The merchants are completely drained out of money. All these contracts never had phone number no actual website. Just BS deal 20% fees 10 days.. The irony is just so unreal.

Just curious on here since I get calls and texts from 12 people working here a day. Has anyone ever gotten good data from them? When I say good data I mean you've bought leads and funded multiple deals off of them. Appreciate your feedback.

From a post I put in the dealBin here on daily funder an “iso rep” sent me a text message from tckg fund which has a domain name and no website (domain Parked free by godaddy) and the iso contract he sent has no business address listed on it , and he openly told me if I send him A files he would backdoor me as they only fund super high risk paper ( the deal I am placing has over 7 NSFs a month ) He sent me links to open corporate and telles to verify the llc exists , however I am still Leary and have not completed the iso agreement and obviously have not sent him my clients file. Does anyone have experience good or bad with “TKCG Fund” Also when I google the number he is texting from +1 (732) 718-6443 nothing pops up and he ( I assume it’s a he) has given me no name for himself/herself which I think is very odd also

https://debanked.com/2024/04/backdooring-deals-youre-a-loser/ This is excellent and great to see this getting the attention it deserves! I hope there is a great deal of attention placed on this new wave of pack selling. Not only are the ones selling these absolute losers, the BUYERS of these might even be bigger losers. If there was not a market for these, people would not be coming out of the woodwork selling stolen personal information like they are. Brazen is an understatement. If you are buying packs vs cultivating cold data, doing internal lead gen, or working with a trusted vendor for data, you are the KING LOSER of the hill, and I hope names start flying. Will be great to see some "highly respected" brokers/funders caught up in the brewing storm and taking their ball home in shame. Maybe some massive attention on these serious problems will propel all the good guys in this space to new heights.

Have an approval in hand for a client, but would like to find them something better if possible. 1.54 sell at 1.5 year term w/weekly pay for a little over $100k. Client profile, very well established tech consulting biz making a little south of a million annually, showing a small loss, just south of 700 on credit, 2 existing UCCs, no MCA history. Tried some other options but got shot down on liquidity per statements. Clients timeline is also short. Better deal would ideally be a longer term at less cost, but open to any possible mix of improvement - cheaper cost, longer term/easier on cash flow, etc.

Hello Funders and Brokers - As most of you know, ACHWorks has been partnering with Funders for years to process their ACH needs. We started with just doing the daily draws. Then we found how to pay the syndicate partners with credits, and now for a few years, many funders have been using us to fund deals by using Same Day ACH credits. We believe in ways to help. One area we have not been able to help to this point, is in helping MCA brokers. I am willing to listen to serious, grounded, professional brokers tell me how we could possibly help them, while being competitive in the market AND covering the risk in the Broker space. Let me make this clear, should we ever initiate this service, the vetting would be strict. So, NO COWBOYS please Anyone want to talk? Dave Kirk ACHWorks National Sales Manager dave.kirk@vericheck.com

Hey, I have a merchant I been working with. He paid off early on a Fora position and the one I put in behind. He's saying that Fora has been continuing to pull their Daily ACH even after wire was confirmed. He claims Fora is now also dodging him completely. Just curious if anyone's heard of this happening with Fora before, I usually consider them to be reliable on these matters. Just because of how corporate they are. :p

Cryptocurrency has collapsed their currency so now raid the merchant coffers very sad economy is dead. Yabx and PayCliq Collaborate to Launch Merchant Cash Advance Service in Nigeria Yabx, a leading player in the sustainable financial inclusion space, has today announced that it is partnering with PayCliq to introduce a revolutionary merchant cash advance service in Nigeria. With approximately 100 million MSMEs in Africa and 42 million in Nigeria alone, consumer payments on the continent are projected to exceed $2.1 trillion by 2025. PayCliq, a business tool specifically designed for businesses across Africa, is set to facilitate seamless payments for merchants, promoting financial inclusion and supporting Nigeria’s cashless policy and business accountability. AI scoring partner, Yabx is poised to speed up the uptake of digital payments by building a lending infrastructure for small businesses. MSMEs often find it difficult to secure formal loans as they encounter challenges with providing proper identity documents, collateral, or a credit history. However, with the understanding that adopting digital payments can help them build a credit score becomes a compelling reason for them to embrace this opportunity. Yabx will leverage the business data from PayCliq and use AI/ML algorithms on its cloud powered digital lending platform to build credit scores and personalised credit limits for each business. This will not only solve the problem of credit but also the problem of payments. This will mean that businesses can get an instant line of credit in their operating accounts and pay for it in 30, 60 or 90 day installments. The collaboration comes at a crucial time for Nigeria, which is actively promoting a cashless economy, focusing on streamlined transactions and simplified auditing processes. In a market where over $19 trillion is transacted annually in cash payments, the opportunity to digitise these payments is substantial. PayCliq, with operations spread throughout Nigeria and Lagos as its main hub, through its array of partnerships specialises in book keeping, inventory management, invoicing and facilitating payments for businesses through various channels, including Bank Transfers, QR codes, apps, and card transactions on Point of Sale (PoS) terminals. While the push for a cashless economy is evident, challenges persist, such as, the late supply of goods due to manufacturers and suppliers want money upfront and the inability to meet growing demand as many businesses’ stock is impacted by the current exchange rate. Yabx and PayCliq are strategically positioned to address these issues by providing innovative and inclusive credit and business solutions. Puneet Chopra, Chief Growth Officer at Yabx, said: “We’re thrilled to partner with PayCliq, combining our AI-driven credit scoring expertise with their robust payments infrastructure to transform the financial landscape in Nigeria. By streamlining repayments and unlocking transactional data, we’re committed to creating seamless, fully automated lending journeys that empower local businesses and consumers. Now is the ideal time to harness the potential of technology and collaboration to build stronger, more agile systems that support Nigeria’s growth in consumerism.” Susan Adewunmi (Head of Operations) at PayCliq, said: “PayCliq is excited to collaborate with Yabx in providing innovative solutions to address the challenges faced by businesses in Nigeria. By providing direct funds to the businesses and assisting in the settlement process, we are addressing the challenges faced by our target audience – the 42 million businesses in Nigeria, predominantly consisting of mom-and-pop shops and SMEs.” The new service is anticipated to go live within Q2, enabling businesses to make more sales as well as providing comprehensive and inclusive payment solutions to address the unique needs of the Nigerian market. The Businesses Cash Advance service, which provides funds directly into the businesses account and assists in the settlement process, is expected to be a game-changer for approximately 10,000 businesses, by increasing profitability within the extensive customer base. Processing around one million dollars in settlements daily, PayCliq and Yabx are committed to enhancing financial inclusion and accelerate the growth of small businesses in Nigeria.

I have a friend who I've worked closely with in this business and hes a killer on the phone. Great opener, excellent closer, and dedicated worker. He also cares deeply about the company/people he works for and goes out of his way to excel or help in any way possible. I know this because I used to run a brokerage shop where this guy took it upon himself to train new reps, write sales scripts, and get deals closed that no one else was able to. He's looking for a remote position reach out to me if anyone is interested in hiring a remote sales rep, thank you.

Steven Weaver is back at it. This guy is notorious for creating several different ISO shops using fake names. We have seen him use: BPS Capital ICCS Corp United Equity Growth Group Corp ECM ASSET CORPORATION dba Business Term Loans Online He creates fake term sheets to show customers they are approved for 10x what the real offer is. Then he tells them to take the first installment and they will get the rest, except they never do and he disappears. DO NOT FUND HIS DEALS. He lies to all of his customers. He has been sued by FOX and EIN https://trellis.law/case/36061/151590-2022/fox-capital-group-inc-v-steven-roy-weaver-united-equity-growth-group-corp https://trellis.law/case/36047/517948-2022/ein-cap-inc-v-united-equity-growth-group-corp-steven-roy-weaver I have included his DL and fake term sheets. Be wary.

biggie started a thread Bluevine in Merchant Cash Advance
To my understanding, Bluevine cut all ISO relationships in November therefore no longer accepting deal flow from brokerage shops. However, we have multiple merchants that we signed up with Bluevine that continue to pull from their LOC. We have not received commissions from these LOCs that we set up for them nor can we get ahold of Bluevine. Has anyone else experienced this as well? Is anyone still receiving their commmissions?

This is kind of a loaded question but what is the best type of lead? I understand no data is perfect, but is there any specific data set that works best. In my experience, very few subs are clean files. I’ve seen a couple on this forum mention trigger leads and seo data. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

I am ISO, so cool with that, just curious because the client thought maybe his file got sent "upstream" by someone to this group. Thanks if anyone knows!
